- How do you get into the unit?
- We coordinate the visit with the resident, or follow the entry instructions on the work order (lockbox, key pickup, or meeting someone on site).
- Can you replace the appliance instead of repairing it?
- Yes. As an authorized GE Appliances dealer we can supply a new GE, GE Profile, Café, Hotpoint, or Haier unit, deliver and install it, and haul the old one away — one vendor from diagnosis to replacement.
- How is billing handled?
- Each job is invoiced when it's complete, and we keep your work order or PO number on the job so billing matches up in your system.
- What does a service call cost?
- The diagnostic visit is $100 plus tax. Our technician reports what's wrong and recommends whether to repair or replace, so you can make the call.
